With effect from 17 February 2014, applications for citizenship via
Foreign Births Registration from residents of New York, New Jersey,
Connecticut, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, Georgia, North
Carolina, South Carolina and Florida will be processed in Ireland.
Applicants will be provided with a postal address in Ireland to
which to forward their applications and supporting documentation
upon completion of their online application. Any queries in
